This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Revgle.com, or Readingtrack.com, a product of Boolescale Engineering Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings on Revgle.com or Readingtrack.com. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but access to premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with the service and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will process a full refund.
Refunds are applicable only to your first subscription purchase.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the original transaction date.
Renewals and recurring payments are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at admin@revgle.com with your registered email address and transaction details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Payment Gateway Disputes

We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayU, RazorPay) to process payments securely. In case of billing issues, we recommend contacting us first before raising a dispute with the payment provider.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

Repeated refund requests from the same user.
Violation of our Terms of Service or abuse of the platform.
Refund requests beyond the 7-day window.
